So you’re looking at tabloid copiers in the Madison area. I don’t find it surprising that you’re doing some research before you make your final decision, this feature alone can bump the cost of your machine up about three grand.
It’s possible that you’re on the fence, sometimes we deal with offices that do print 11×17 but not in high quantities. From our years in the business we’ve found a breaking point of 10%. Above 10% and it normally works out in your advantage to go with the more expensive 11×17 copier. If you’re not above it then you need to decide whether the convenience of having one in worth it and whether it fits your budget.
